“So I just bought this pc and I see it is liquid-cooled and I was wondering does it come with liquid in it and if not how do I put liquid in it? By liquid im assuming water. This is my first liquid-cooled pc thats why im confused.”

It’s good to go. You don’t have to add coolant.

You do not need to replace the water or perform any maintenance other than dusting out the radiator as it is a closed loop system.
