“My question is in regards to the power supply. When I have my LEDs on in the computer itself, and my keyboard. If I plug anything in to another usb I lose all power in my keyboard, mouse, and any other device plugged in. Why is that?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not have a good answer for that, other than it sounds like an issue with the machine. If it were me, I would be returning and getting a different machine. Or if it is too later for that, I would contact the company for warranty work. I do not have that issue and so far, very happy with my machine.
