• Im not sure, I dont have GTA 5. But its running skyrim and all its dlc's and about a dozen big mods, on skyrims highest settings so it will probably work just fine. Sorry I couldnt really answer the whole question.

• I know that the 1070 gpu can run GTA V Ultra 4k like 80 FPS or something look it up on youtube. The processor is the 2nd best Intel processor on the market (number one being extreme?) if not the number one so I am 98% sure it can blow GTA V out of the water, and the 16 gigs of RAM are more than the recommended so trust me it will be fine.
