“This device is perfect, however, my win10 said the windows key is not correct and I wonna know why. In addition, the system sometimes says it has a cache and memory problem and I do not know if these were caused by the win10 is not activated.”

To activate your copy of Windows, you will need to select the option that says "Change Product Key" and enter the code from the sticker on the side panel of your computer. This information is also in the included Quick Start Guide in step 5. Regarding the memory issue, please contact our technical support department for further assistance.
