“I see alot of complaints about graphic cards and other components being loose or installed poorly upon delivery. How does this happen? whats being done to ensure its ready to use out the box?”

CYBERPOWERPC have been in business for 18 years. Our system goes through a rigorous QC and stress test process before a unit is certified to ship from our facility. However, there is still a chance that PC may sustain shipping damage during transit if package is mishandled.
