As a correction to my previous answer; this build can be expected to support up to 4x USB 3.0 ports*

This build can support the HTC Vive; however you'll need to contact Oculus' support to ensure their headset is compatible. The FX 8350 can be installed without needing to change the motherboard. This system should not be expected to come with USB 3.0. The RX 480 video card will provide 1 HDMI connection. Feel free to give our support team(s) a shout if you have any further questions.
