• No, it has an HDMI port and a DVI port. But if you remove the graphics card (with the power off and unplugged, of course), the on-board (on the motherboard) VGA port gets turned on, and you can use it that way if your monitor doesn't have a DVI port. [If it does, just buy a DVI to DVI cable (which is what I did].)
