The computer is shipped fully assembled and designed to work simply by connect it to a power source and powering it on. As for the lights, if you look at the front of the Pc you will notice a lip near the top. On top of the lip locate the image of a sun. Right underneath that image under the lip is a button. Pressing this button will allow you to change the color or hold it to power off.
