QuestionDoes this computer come pre-built or do I have to build it myself?

- Answer It is assembled with windows installed. Components are good quality - the ones I bought had MSI and Asus main boards in them. They also used Phantek cases, eVGA power supplies, Geil ram, MSI RX580 OC Armor video cards. Great room to upgrade - all main boards had a M2 slot, could take up to 32gb ram. Cases have little 2.5" drive holders just inside the back cover for SSD... just really nice solid builds, I would buy again and recommend to others.

QuestionHow do I install the motherboard drivers? I went to the link provided on the motherboard driver dvd expecting it would get me to an install page and it did not. Is it safe for my PC to not undergo updating the drivers? It runs games amazingly though.

- Answer You can find it on slickdeals at least and set it to send you an e-mail when it goes on sale and even how much off before they notify you. Maybe on bestbuy also, not sure.

QuestionI bought this computer and the case fans are running at full speed. I tried using different software to slow the fans but no application would recognize the case fans; only the gpu fan. I was just wondering if there was a way to slow them down.

- Answer From what I've read, the fan is connected to the PSU which makes it run at full speed at all times. Plugging it into the motherboard solved the problem for the people I got this info from.

QuestionThe LED strip is not showing red I can go and do anything else with the RG b's but it's not showing the color red so when I cycle through the colors pink red and purple don't show up Other than that the PC works fine

Questionspecs show total of 3(2x1 and 1x16) pcie slots, so can i install a second graphics card? I want to add another rx580. what is the psu?

- Answer There is only one PCI express X16 slot so you will not be able to install a second graphics card. You will need to upgrade the motherboard to an AMD X370 chipset motherboard which can support dual graphics cards in CrossfireX and SLI configurations. - Answer It holds about 2 more ram sticks than the one it already has and as for streaming I cant tell u much but it does hold great fps on most games i play

- Answer This PC is able to run almost any game at 60 fps plus at high settings at 1080p. In Minecraft this PC should get you to 100+ FPS, easily with all settings on high, even with optifine, noscoped.

- Answer This PC is built with random parts of comparable quality and price point. Maybe if you go in person you can ask them to assemble it with a B350 motherboard that fits your SSD if it's also about 90$ (what my MSI Bazooka retails for).
