A:Answer The GT 730 is not a quality graphics card, at all. It is actually weaker than the R7's in the computers at this price range. I'm considering this build, based off of using my old graphics card, pending on whether the power supply is 600 watts and has a 6/8 pin connector.
The 6600k Processor is so amazing, and has the DDR4 memory as added bonus. Which makes this price very nice, if you can go buy an aftermarket graphics card.
Answer, to question, no you can't play new games on high settings. PS4 uses a HD 7790, which if you look at Tomshardware GPU Hierarchy Chart, the 7790 is several tiers above this graphics card. Tom's "Best Card for the Money" show that a "gaming" range is $200-$300 graphics cards, which will handle very high settings on new games, they say best for money gaming is GTX 970. However, people are plugging PS4's into 4K TV's, so computer screens are generally 1080.
Cyberpower has 750 Ti in some desktops in some comparables, the GTX 960 is what I would recommend minimum for new games and high quality, which will "be better than a PS4", Cyberpower has one for 699$. But your getting less-than processor, BUT, AM4 chips will supposedly fit in AM3+ motherboards, so if you go for higher graphics now, you have system built for it, then you upgrade your CPU later! However, AMD's doesn't have any DDR4 memory like Intel does.
