Most of these computers usually come with after market video cards but that's not necessarily a bad. Actually they end up being better. MSi, Asus, EVGA and Gigabyte all make great cards. Nvidia Geforce is more a reference to the actual chip, like AMD Radeon does with there's.

MSI is considered as an official partner of Nvidia and is licensed to release custom versions of Nvidia GeForce video cards including the GTX 1060. Technically an MSI branded GTX 1060 will still be considered as as an Nvidia GTX 1060 as it is using the Nvidia GPU.
