QuestionI bought two of these. They keep crashing within a few minutes of starting a game. According to other reviews, the coolers are shoddy. Is there any other way to make these usable without throwing down more $ for new coolers?! Would it affect the warranty?

QuestionMy son received this PC as a gift for Christmas but is having trouble getting his headset/mic to work. He has tried the USB port as well as the Audio and Mic jacks on the back. Is there a specific place he should be plugging in his headset??

- Answer If it’s a usb headset with mic, you have to make sure to select the headset as the primary speaker and mic in the sounds settings. There’s a few tutorials on YouTube on how to change the sounds settings to work for usb microphones.

QuestionI was wondering what dimensions the case is because later on for fun I might want to switch to an AIO water cooler, and I want to know the dimensions of the front and top, also if there are already fans there, Thanks!

- Answer The case is a Lian-Li P-008 exclusive to CyberPowerPC. The "front" fans are on the side towards the front. The case supports up to a 360mm aio on the top.

- Answer Needs a new CPU cooler! Stock Coolers are not very good and the motherboard with auto shutoff if the PC hits 100C. Get a nice cooler, Best Buy sells a 50$ cooler. The backplate is glued on so youll need to carefully peal it off. There are plenty of videos out there to help install the Cooler!

- Answer Yes. Fortnite is not a demanding game. You’ll be able to run fortnite at a very high fps and stream at the same time with no problem. As long as your internet speeds good enough to stream and play at the same time.

- Answer Your cpu is overheating! The cooler is completely inadequate. You can get the Corsair 120 aio for like 70 dollars and it’ll solve your problem. Once the cpu overheats it’ll just crash. You can turn the graphics and fps way down until you get the new cooler if you want to be able to play until you get the part. Super lame! I bought this for my wife and was bummed when she had to wait another week to get to use her new pc! Good luck and happy gaming!

- Answer Not defective. The cpu cooler on these PCs is just no good. Switch it for the cooler master hyper 212 worth $50 and the pc will never crash again from overheating.

- Answer Yes I bought this pc and mine kept crashing. You need to add a aio cooler to keep the intel cold enough for it to run. I added one and it runs flawlessly
