“Can I change the graphics card? I was just wondering if I could change out the graphic card? I know the one that comes with it is pretty good but I was wondering if I could change it out to a Geforce GTX titan instead?”

I was told you can change the graphics card. In fact the instructions say something about putting in another graphics card. I would assume you could use the one you mentioned as long as it says it can be used in this computer.
