QuestionMy pc will not program. It just runs BIOS I think it’s called and takes me to a black screen. And will not do anything else. What do I do? Highly unsatisfied for 1400$ purchase.

- Answer You can use an external optical drive on this and install it on the hard drive. Most games nowadays will let you install from the cloud.
