This PC will be able to handle both video and photo editing software. Do keep in mind video editing can get intensive once effects are added so performance can vary but for the most part it will be fine. You can install another stick of RAM in to this PC. The Pc is equipped with GTX 1080 TI and the PC will only have Wifi, it does not come with Bluetooth.
