“IF it crashes who do I deal with? Best Buy or Cyberpower? I am thinking of buying this computer. I have read many reviews and they all say hit or miss, but when bad stuff happens Cyberpower is terrible with customer services.”

• I recomend calling the Geek Squad at the store where the computer was purchased, if not, then call the Manufacturer
