• You can very much run fallout 4 modded on this PC and it comes with a keyboard and mouse with it. Most cyber power pcs come with them

• Not sure about the game, plays overwatch at full blast with no problems. It does come with the keyboard and mouse pictured but not super high quality there but it will get you going.
