Yes and yes. I got mine a week earlier than best buy said, but I can't really tell you why it would take so long. Yes to the streaming question, and I believe the Nvidia GTX 1060 3GB supports up to 3 monitors, although the PC itself only has 2 HDMI ports, 2 DisplayPort ports, and 1 DVI dual-link port (which is backwards-compatible with DVI single-link).
