“can i add another GPU to the motherboard? if so will i need to upgrade the power supply? if not can u suggest a stock gaming pc that supports multiple GPUs out of the box?”

The PC may only support one video card. If you do plan to upgrade motherboard you would have to upgrade the psu to support the power draw.
