No. it does not come with speakers or a monitor. it has the required ports for various speakers and headphones and microphones however so if you got some already they should work with this product

It does but they don't function most of the time. They (along with ability to use mouse and keyboard) are quirky. Geek squad said it's probably static build up and we should unplug computer from wall.
