QuestionWhat case does this pc have. I've had it for about a year now but it seems like it overheats sometimes. I don't know if it's the airflow or fans or something else.

QuestionDoes this have more than one m.2 slots? I have my own nvme drive currently that I would like to add to this. Also, is the CPU stock cooled, and if so, how bad actually is it?

This means that you have 3 x RAM slots that are available to be used. The best way to purchase more RAM for the PC would be to look up the serial number on the side of the RAM and purchase the exact same stick. It is always recommended that you have matching sticks of RAM inside your PC to avoid incompatibility issues.
