“I can't shut lights off. I've seen comments about how there's supposed to be a button on the case to adjust the light settings, but this model seems to have no such button. Does anyone actually know how to shut the lights off on THIS particular model?”

Press and hold down the square button next to the USB 3's on the top of the case. The lights will go off after a few seconds.
