A:Answer If it says it does, it does. Mine said it comes with it and after figuring out the email code process, I'm playing Watchdogs 2 daily now. The graphics are insane! Just be sure to put the setting on High or Very High. Unless you know exactly how to tweak Ultra. Putting it on Ultra and leaving everything at the highest possible settings will play, but you will be getting lag spikes that hit 9 FPS. It does play, just not playable in my opinion. I just leave it at Very High. Works just fine. 47-52 FPS on average. On High you get like 62-84 FPS, around 64-65 on average. Completely stable, no lag. On VH, it will dip to around 38 FPS and go as high as 56 FPS, but like I said, 47-52 on average. The lag dips to 38-40 FPS are not every moment like in Ultra. There like every 10 seconds or so but also not that noticeable. Which is why I like to play on VH. If I can ever figure out what to tweak, I may experience no lag whatsoever.
