“Is it possible to add a DVD drive to this machine? I don't see a slot to install it.”

Unfortunately this system does not include an internal CD/DVD drive, however, you may purchase an external CD/DVD drive that uses a USB connection separately if needed. You would have to get an external drive.

Unfortunately, not an internal DVD drive. You'll have to go with and External DVD drive. Not too pricey, most of them are around $30-$40.
