QuestionCan I upgrade the Gpu with an rtx 2070

- Answer Yes, it is... I upgraded mine with an EVGA RTX 2080ti black edition. Worked just fine. The included Apevia power supply is 600W gold, and the recommended power supply for an RTX 2080ti is at least 650 W, so even though I saw no issues I upgraded the power supply after a month of use to an EVGA 850 G5 just to be safe.

QuestionI bought this with the recommended Acer monitor. However, the computer wont recognize the monitor when we hooked it all up. Any suggestions?

- Answer Did you make sure that the input setting on your monitor matched the output on your PC? Are you going to a display port or HDMI? The first machine I got actually had a faulty video card so nothing worked so you if your input on your monitor matches the output from your PC I'd take it back to Best Buy and ask them to test it on their end; that's how I found out I had a lemon.

QuestionIm not a computer guy but when I bought this computer it said that I would get 2TB or storage but I only have 230GB, I got a disk for the storage but cant use it since there is nowhere to insert the disk, is this PC a scam or am I missing something?

- Answer The PC has two hard drives. The 230GB is your solid state drive (SSD) and will come with your Windows operating system installed on it. This is your C drive. Your D drive is the larger 2TB hard disk drive (HDD) and this is where you should store media and install most of the games you play so you don't slow your SSD down. The PC does not come with an optical drive for CDs/DVDs. If you absolutely need one you can buy an external CD drive that connects with a USB.

QuestionI think some of you indirectly answered this already, but just to be sure... Is this model up-gradable? Like if I want to increase from 8gb, can I just buy more memory and slap it in? Or, in 3 - 4 years I want a new(er) GPU. Can I swap it out? Thanks!

QuestionOn the graphics card, which display ports does this PC support (example: VDI, VGA, HDMI)? How many of each does this PC contain? Will my 60HZ Dell monitor stop me from getting higher FPS in games? Thanks.

- Answer The RX580 has 3 DP (Display Ports), 1 HDMI port, and 1 DVI port. If your monitor is older and does not support at least one of these inputs than it is not recommend for use with this system. It should produce frames faster than 60FPS, but could result in frame tearing so not always the best result when it drive the frames faster than the monitor can present them. 60hz usually mean 60FPS but it can be driven a little further without causing issue its just you will not see them. Also the FPS will vary depending on the age of the game as newer games might be more demanding on the GPU, and result in lower FPS requiring you to lower the quality setting to make up the difference.

QuestionHow do I get all the RGB lights working? When bought, none of them worked. Me and roommate tinkered around and found some wires unplugged. Managed to get Green to work, but no other colors and buttons on top for what I assume are the RGB don't work.

- Answer From forum: I searched all over for this exact question a few weeks ago; this afternoon I was using my computer and for some reason decided to try the below, and it worked. Press and hold the button just above the mouse wheel for about 5-10+ seconds, and the RGB will toggle on or off. The two DPI buttons will still function as usual. However, the color will not display. On my CyberPower PC, the same method worked to turn off the RGB inside the case. At least the RGB that is assigned to the controller switch built into the front. I assume if it is a "CyberPower" branded case vs. one of the premium cases, it should be similar to what I had. Anyway, hold the buttons on top of your mouse for 10 seconds, and the light turns off.
