There should be a remote to control the RGB. QuestionI bought this open boxed and they factory reset it. The computer doesn’t have a gaming center app or any sort or software to change the color on the side of the desktop. Can you link the driver to change the colors of the fans, mines stuck on yellow.

Questionrunning rainbow six siege at 1440p max settings cpu temps run as high 181 f avg around 165 f is this normal?

QuestionDoes this system really have no support for 5.1 surround speakers or am I missing something? I assumed that any system in this price range would have 5.1 support but I guess a new sound card needs to be purchased? Thanks, in advance, for response.

- Answer Thanks for reaching out BigSteve. This PC does not come with speakers however it does have an onboard sound card. If you want sound, you will need to either get your own speakers or use a headphone/headset. If you want to add your own surround sound speakers, you are more than welcomed to. - Answer It should be listed under (D:) drive. If you still can't find it, make sure that all cables are plugged in fully.

QuestionSo my pc has a message saying "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key" I have Ultra fast boot on so i cannot access my BIOS and since fast boot is on i cannot access my BIOS, how do i bypass this?

QuestionThis is horrible. Let me start by asking why I’ve only had this computer for a couple weeks and it’s already freezing up? I’m done talking to all of your customer support agents I’ve been hung up on twice and I mean this is ridiculous. Some help please.

QuestionHow do I get the rgb lights to change color? There isn't a button on the tower and the remote isn't working. If I cant change the color, how do I turn them off?

- Answer Thanks for reaching out Richard. Please make sure to remove the plastic separating the battery. The only other way to turn off the RGB would to be to disconnect then from the control box.
