Questioni purchased this computer and so far love it, but it says it has a liquid cpu cooler but im unsure if it is one of the ones that you need to maintain (like the 240mm and others) or if its one that is a close one like the 120mm that dont require to refil

- Answer Yes. this is a pre-build PC, so you do not need to do anything else. You just buy it and play with it. It's perfect PC.

- Answer There are two hard drives. the SSD is the Boot drive which the operating system is installed on. The HDD is larger. No, the network card is standard wi-fi, not cellular data.

- Answer Yes, it's possible. If you don't know how, you can Google or YouTube how to do it, but as far as capability it's possible, just as long as it fits. You have to check the size of the AIO you're wanting to install but the case is very roomy for upgrades.

- Answer The RAM will depend on the specific type you get when they built your PC, based on availability. Open your case, and take a look. The MHz, timing, and make/model are listed on the sticker on each stick of RAM. Make sure you get the same kind if you plan to upgrade. They are generally DDR4.

QuestionI just recently purchased this desktop. I ended up needing to reset the computer and the programs of course are no longer on it. I was wondering which ones were on the desktop and or if they are even needed for quality gameplay?

- Answer The PC came with minimum to no programs on it. It usually comes with Microsoft office 365. But that is a subscription based service from MS. How did you reset your PC? Make sure that the computer is connected to the Internet and go to device management and scan for hardware changes. If there are any drivers needed to be installed, it will install it. My recommendation is get your PC on how you want it, google macrium reflect free. Download and install the home edition (free) make a boot disc or usb drive. And make a image. If the hard drive ever fails or the system crashes, you can re-image it back to where it was.
