    • Answer You might just be connected to the onboard video. I've done this many times, even with PCs that I have built myself lol. Look to plug in the ports that you know belong to the video card.

  • QuestionWhy didn't I receive the Xbox Game Pass and the Game Bundle (that's included in this package)? Also speakers (to buy) are both USB and 3.5mm jack, which is the best to work with this computers sound card? Thanks...

    • Answer The Game Pass and Game bundle (Only one game can be chosen of the two) should have directions sent to the email you used at checkout within a couple days of the purchase. As far as the speakers a 3.5 mm setup will be plenty serviceable.

  • QuestionIs there anyway to control the fans through a program?

    • Answer I don't know about any program to control the fans but as far as the RGB lighting there should be a button on the top of the case on the opposite side of the input-output ports and each press of that button will set up a different lighting setup for the fans.

    • Answer You certainly can run it. Your frame rate will vary depending upon your graphics settings. I would recommend 1080p with settings set high to very high. You can turn down needless graphics options to optimize your frame rate.

  • QuestionMY Desktop did not come with a Remote for the RGB inside the desktop. is that with all of them or did I just get one that was missing?

    • Answer There is no remote. If you check the top of the case on the opposite side of the Input/Output row from the power button there is another square black button. Each press of that will change the RGB settings from a list of pre-sets.

    • Answer The game has issues even with a 2080ti, that said. This computer comes with a 2070 Super so it will definitely run RDR2 better than most GPU's.
