“Is the geek squad accidental the only warranty. If I don’t get that and the computer itself doesn’t work when it’s bought am I just out of luck?”

• I returned mine because it didn't work. They said I will get refunded the full amount. in store sales associate told me this. it should take 1-5 days for me to get it.

• You have 15 days to return it to Best Buy, almost no questions asked. There is also a 1 year manufacturer warranty as far as I’m aware.
