well ship last one back got new one same deal! Terrible, 2 for 2 messed up sounds like a common problem. support help is not help called left on hold for EVER! will go wire hunting to see if I can find the issue. should not have to do this on a new computer!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar problem with mine as well. The problem was an unplugged cable on the LED controller. If you remove the metal side panel (not the glass one), you'll find a small circuit board with several plugs and wires. If one of the plugs have come out of its socket, reconnect it. You'll then be able to change the LED colors and patterns using the button on the top of the case.
