“Looking at the MOBO I'm curious just how off brand it is? Would I be better off buying this setup as is and upgrading the MOBO to one of the more professional boards from ASUS? What about the RAM? PSU? Are they chinese off brand? Thanks.”

The ram is off brand, mine came with an asus prime z390 mobo not sure about the psu can't remember. Honestly the only thing you'll probably want to upgrade is ram and liquid cooler.
