- Answer There 8 UBS ports 2 on top that are Blue USB connector - USB 3.0 2 in the back that are Blue USB connector - USB 3.0 2 in the back that are Blue USB connector - USB 3.1 2 in the back that are Black USB connector - USB 2.x

QuestionOn the picture, is that glass or plastic, and can you customize the RGB lighing?

QuestionIs this computer capable of running 3 4k monitors. I'm comparing this to other computers which state their systems have "4x Monitor Connections 2x GT 710 (2x DVI + 2x HDMI)" . Any input would be helpful.

- Answer 4K watching a move on your computer is very different than running 4K on a video game because a move doesn't need to be rendered in real time since it is recorded media vs live media. no low end video card with play any game at 4K x 1 let alone x 3. The GT line is low bottom of the line video cards. You will need either a GTX 1080 or better or even a RTX 2080 to game in 4K on one screen and it can still be rough for the cards I listed to play in 4K with high detail AKA max settings. GT = got trash

QuestionWhy is this pc so much larger and heavier than SLC10360CPG ? Looks like the only difference is the ram, and the storage. For instance, does this pc have a larger Motherboard? Is there more expansion slots in the tower? Is the liquid cooler larger? TY

QuestionHas the artifact, video card anomalies been fixed for the RTX 2080 Ti?

- Answer The RTX2080ti GPUs that use Samsung memories seem to be unaffected by the anomalies reported by a lot of people. Mine came with Samsung memory in it; I've had this rig since April and I've had no problems so far.

QuestionI returned two I buy power pcs to bestbuy due to the 2080tis artifacting... if I purchase this computer and have the same problem what would you guys do for a solution? I want to have a good gaming PC that works.

Questionis the windows operating system on the ssd or the hard drive? Can the system be configured with the ssd as the primary drive prior to purchase?
