QuestionThe laptop I purchased online is the CyberPowerPC - Tracer III 17.3 in. Gaming Laptop has a model number of GT417X200; however, the laptop I received has the model of C Series. Did I receive the correct laptop and do they have the same hardware/software?

QuestionI owned several CyberPowerPC laptops. My only question for Technical Support at CyberPowerPC is when you will improve the Drivers and Software Download web page? It looks like this web page was designed by a 10-year old kid and needs to be improved.
