“Technical Issues? I purchased this PC about 7 months ago, and it has worked great for the most part. However, we moved yesterday and when we got to the new home and plugged it in, it powered on, and then powered off within a few seconds. It would not come back on. Several hours later, we tried again and it came on and worked perfectly as before. After shutting it down last night, it would not power back on again this morning. Has anyone else had this issue or have any advice? I'm not real tech-savvy so I have no idea what the problem could be. Also, how would I get in touch with the Best Buy/Cybertron people that I need to to possibly get it fixed or replaced? Thank you for any assistance anyone might have for me.”
