Askingforafriend, Thank you for your interest in this CybertronPC Rhodium system! The O/S, by default, is installed on the SSD. The system comes with Free Lifetime Technical Support. For as long as you own the system, you can contact us for assistance. As to SATA ports and SSD quantity, currently the TGMRHDR9X8000WR is shipping with a total of 6 SATA 3Gb/s ports. The chassis, by default, supports up to 4x 3.5" drives and 2x 2.5" drives. However, with optional bay adapters, the chassis could accept up to 6x 2.5" drives, although this would require replacing the 3.5" HDD.
