“What components I am going to have replace to run an i7 7700k processor”

I would recomend making a recovery boot on a storage device using AOME1 then take the device out change the mobo, cpu, and ram because the i7 uses ddr4 then plug the storage device into your mobo and it should boot your windows and everything.
