The machine comes with a low wattage video card. It runs fine, but if you wanted to replace it, you may need to replace the power supply too. That might be 'entertaining" as the power supply that comes with the system is in a special casing inside the system. I've not seen one like it elsewhere. Memory can be upgraded easily and I added a PCI-E network card to replace the default one. There's a spot to put in an additional disk, but I didn't find a power plug that was available. So long story short, it is at least somewhat upgradeable depending on what you want to do.
