This happened to me as well... As far as I could tell, the graphics card or the RAM want seated properly. I didn't want to good The warrantee, so I took it right back and best buy ordered a new one. This was very frustrating and took two weeks to correct, but now I have my computer and I couldn't be happier with the performance. Your quotes was posted a while ago, so I'm sure you already resolved the issue... I'm posting this in case anyone has a similar problem.

There is a red sticker that says attach display here, which is where the video cable should be connected.
