While all physical products have a chance to fail, regardless of brand and/or model, the failure rate on the Rhodium and other CybertronPC systems is quite small. This is because not only do we select the components we use based on experience with the various brands and particular components gained over our many years in the industry (Since 1997), we also expertly assemble and integrate our systems, and follow up with professional testing and quality assurance. And, on those rare occasions when a system does have an issue, we stand behind our products, not only with the warranty, but also Free Lifetime Technical Support. This being said, based on time and condition, computer systems purchased from Best Buy can be returned.
