      Thank you for your review on the CybertronPC Rhodium Desktop. We’re sorry to hear that your video is not working properly. Can you please confirm that the video cable is plugged in next to the red sticker on the back that says “Attach Display Here”?

      If the cable is plugged in there and you’re still not seeing video, we may be dealing with a loose connector on the inside, which does happen occasionally when the system is in transit. When you have time, please give our Friendly Technical Support Staff a call toll-free at 1-855-490-2569 and they'll get you up and going properly.

      We are glad to hear that you are enjoying your new CybertronPC. We're sorry that you were unaware that the system did not come WiFi by default, or an Ethernet cable.

      The system is 100% compatible with wireless USB adapters and any Ethernet cable plugged into the available port on the PC to your router/modem will get you online as well.
