“According to GE's website, this switch can be used for 3-way lights but you have to have two of them and group them in the app. Does that mean if wifi is down they will not work properly since they cannot communicate with each other via the app?”

• WiFi is only for remote use switches are set up through the wiring that this switch replaced and communicate via the hard wire connections
