I have not found a way to do this. Can't reset is you can't connect.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The only way is to remove the power for about 10 minutes and then power them up again. I had the same problem but had a power outage that did it for me. The red x box doesn't happen with the 934L model.
