A:AnswerWhile it has WiFi capability it can also remain tethered to your router for it to function. Both the router and power cords are very short (no longer than 3 feet) so you'll need extensions if you want to place the camera far from your router.
A:AnswerHi, the camera itself is not compatible with IPv6 but most likely you will use a router on front of the camera that will allow IPv4.
