Yes, you can after you go through a set-up that involves you first setting up an account with D-link. Then you link in to the account on the my-dlink account and use a cell phone or tablet to scan a barcode that is on the base of the camera. This barcode identifies the camera to the my-dlink account. Following this, the camera will search for your wifi and let you choose your wifi. If it successfully links to your wifi., then you should be able to view the live feed and short video clips that the camera has recorded upon motion on your cell phone or tablet by going to the my-dlink site and your account. Note that you can only view the camera through the my-dlink site on your phone or tablet. There is no separate web browser for PC viewing. It can also be viewed on the Amazon Alexa Show device by linking to your account on the my-dlink link. I found that for whatever reason, however, the Amazon Echo Show loses the connection after about 12 hours giving a buffering message, and then you need to power-cycle the camera by unplugging and turning off the camera and then plugging back-in to get the Amazon Echo Show or Alexa on your phone or tablet to re-establish the connection. My solution has been to use smart-plugs for the cameras so I can turn the cameras off and then back on through Alexa thus avoiding the need to physically unplug the camera and plug it back in.
