“I got a new internet provider and could not get the cameras to connect so I try removing them and adding back but it tells me they are already tied to an account and that I need to reset them to factory settings. How do I do that?”

The reset button is on the back. Hold this button down with an unfolded paperclip until the status LED starts flashing to reset the camera to factory default settings.
