“My wife has an internal thief that is taking lottery tickets at the store she manages. Cameras are already on site but dont seem to focus on the area and watching 24 hours of tape to find nothing is getting old. Would this be a useful "hidden" camera?”

The camera is on the small side and could be concealed relatively easily. However the camera does require dedicated power and a cord will be running to it. That may make concealing it hard depending on the circumstances/placement. I think you need an SD card to record video or there are cloud storage options they may cost. I only use the camera as a baby monitor.
