I dont believe you can... you need to use D-Links proprietary app to remote view so I believe you would need an actual internet connection. Perhaps you could use it offline once the app is downloaded and set up but Im not sure as I have not tested it in this capacity. Great camera although motion detection is on a hair trigger and you can get a lot of false positives depending on how you set it up.
