“Just bought this camera and the dcs-8010LH. The 8010lh one is on and working but when I try to view on the 8525lh the screen just says loading. I’ve reset the camera both green lights are on. What else should I try to get a video feed???”

I'd call the number they provided on the box with model number. They were wonderful in helping me set mine up. A complete walk through.
