• Yes. It works on both Wi-Fi and Mobile Data. When your wi-fi is weak and keeps trying to connect, turn wi-fi off which forces it to use your network.

• Yes, you can access the camera from the app that they tell you to download. You don't have to be connected to the same wifi network, so you can access it while you're away.
