“I am getting a lot of distortion noise. They advise to TURN VOLUME ON CAMERA down and turn volume on phone up.. I can not for the life figure out how to turn down volume on camera. There is no volume control on the camera that I see..Pls advise”

The volume control appears to be only in the software app itself. You have to go into settings for that specific device to change volume - after viewing the device, press the 9-dot icon down at the bottom to bring up sound options.
